Survey to Improve Your Business: Automated email survey proves a winner!

Almost every company wants to know how satisfied its clients are, and to improve its processes so that clients are more than satisfied. At Digitalprint.net, feedback from you, our clients, is one of the most important elements in knowing how well we are doing and where we can and should modify our processes.

Over the years, we have conducted manual telephone surveys in an attempt to obtain client input. Now we have developed and implemented an automated email survey system that is providing much more complete and useful feedback. Perhaps it helps that every time you respond to our survey you have a reasonable chance to win a $10 gift certificate (currently from Swiss Chalet).
